We simply created an addition that mimicked the footprint and proportions of the original 1800's house . The new addition houses a ground floor master suite, laundry, mudroom and powder room - along with a covered entry from the garage area and access to the private patio on the West side. Upstairs is available for future development -- an ideal studio, playroom or additional bedrooms for the next owners.
